Running for Beginners

Karen gives some beginner advice on starting running outside. For more info and a program of your own just email her at karen@the-fitness-bank.co.uk or get in touch through social media, giving her: 1) what your goal is (run for 20 mins etc.) 2) the number of minutes you can run continuously for at the moment (speed isn't important) and 3) how often you have run in the last 6 weeks.
