Gym Staff Profiles
Karen is the owner and general manager. Karen has been qualified in fitness since 2004. She is a personal trainer specialising in ilness/injury rehabilitation. Karen also teaches various classes in the studio and is our resident sports massage therapist.
Tina is the club supervisor and fitness/studio manager. She is highly experienced and has been working in the fitness industry since 2002. A qualified personal trainer with interests in functional fitness and core conditioning, you will also find her in the studio instructing a wide range of classes.
Jess has worked at the club for many years and has rose to the top to become one of the club supervisors. She is in charge of membership management and front of house.
Dorrell is currently undertaking his fitness qualifications. After working out in the gym as a member he decided to turn his bodybuilding passion into a profession. He is currently working as a receptionist , and will be ready to take on personal training clients in the near future.
Julie has worked at the club for many years and is in charge of keeping the club fresh and clean, you will also find her on reception in the early mornings and on weekends.
Rob is the go-to guy for keeping our equipment and club in working order. You'll find him tinkering around on the kit in the early hours making sure it's fully functional for the weeks ahead. Rob is also a fully qualified Level 2 gym instructor so you may even get the pleasure of an induction or programme with him.
Amy has been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and as a qualified personal trainer since 2006. She holds Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 advanced gym instructor and Level 3 Sports Conditioning qualifications. Amy's main sport is judo for which she has held a national championship and is an international medallist. Other areas of interest include kick boxing, weight training and running.
