Gym Staff Profiles Karen Karen is the owner and general manager. Karen has been qualified in fitness since 2004. She is a personal trainer specialising in ilness/injury rehabilitation. Karen also teaches various classes in the studio and is our resident sports massage therapist. Tina Tina is the club supervisor and fitness/studio manager. She is highly experienced and has been working in the fitness industry since 2002. A qualified personal trainer with interests in functional fitness and core conditioning, you will also find her in the studio instructing a wide range of classes. Jess Jess has worked at the club for many years and has rose to the top to become one of the club supervisors. She is in charge of membership management and front of house. Caiden Caiden is new to the fitness industry, having started in 2018. He is an ex-Leicester Tigers Academy player. His specialisations are building muscle mass, strength and conditioning and weight loss. Stacey Stacey joined the team in 2020 after being a long term member of the club. She is currently studying to become a fitness instructor and is a keen weight lifter. Julie Julie has worked at the club for many years and is in charge of keeping the club fresh and clean, you will also find her on reception in the early mornings and on weekends. Anastasiia Anastasiia has been working in the fitness industry since 2015. Her specialisations are weight loss/muscle building, functional training, nutrition, stretching and myofacial release.
