Karen One half of the owning partnership, Karen manages the Club. She has been a personal trainer for 3 years and currently holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. She currently teaches Wednesday's low impact Double Decker.

Vicky One half of the owning partnership, Vicky manages the Club. She has been a fitness instructor for 9 years and currently holds a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification and OCR Pilates and Pilates and Pregnancy qualifications. Areas of interest include Aerobics, Conditioning, Circuits and all aspects of Pilates and Postural Correctness.

RobRob takes a keen interest in sports and fitness and has been a fitness instructor for 3 years. He currently holds a Level 2 gym instructors qualification and teaches a great circuit class for The Fitness Bank. |

LaurieLaurie has been a dance and fitness instructor for 6 years. She is a fully qualified Dance Instructor and has worked professionally on stage and screen all over the country and in various West End shows such as Oliver, Grease and James Bond. Laurie holds a National Diploma in Performing Arts and her areas of expertise for The Fitness Bank are Kids and Adult Street Dance. |
