Studio Staff Profiles
Karen owns the club. She has been a personal trainer since 2006 and holds a Level 3 Advanced Gym Instructors qualification. Areas of special interest include running, weight loss and illness/injury rehabilitation. Since owning the club she has obtained a qualification in Exercise to Music and teaches our Core Conditioning class.
Amy is the Manager of the club. She has been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and as a qualified personal trainer since 2006. She holds Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 advanced gym instructor and Level 3 Sports Conditioning qualifications. Amy's main sport is judo for which she has held a national championship and is an international medallist. Other areas of interest include kick boxing, weight training and running.
Amin teaches Body Pump, Core, Flex & Stretch and Total Body Conditioning at the club. His classes are ever popular due to his friendly laid back style. Don't be deceived though, your body will change shape with Amin's workouts!
Faye has been a fitness instructor for many years teaching Body Pump and Body Pump at the club. Her style is no nonsense: work hard and get results.
Jenna teaches our ever-popular heart-pumping, muscle-shredding Insanity class. You'll also find her teaching PIYO at a rather more relaxed pace!
Kris has taught for the club for many years and holds qualifications in Gym instruction, Excercise to Music and Pilates. She specialises in Pilates for The Fitness Bank.
Michelle teaches our Latin Fit dance class.
Rachel has taught at the club for many years and her classes remain ever popular. She holds a Level 2 Exercise To Music certificate and specialises in Step and Kettlebell classes.
Tina is one of the club's resident personal trainers. She also teaches a number of classes on our schedule, including Fab Abs, Total Body Conditioning and Legs, Bums and Tums.
