KarenKaren
Karen owns the Club. She has been a personal trainer since 2006 and holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. Areas of special interest include running, weight loss and illness/injury rehabilitation. Since owning the club she has obtained a qualification in Exercise to Music and teaches a kick-ass aerobics class, even though she didn’t think that was ever possible.
RobRob
Rob holds a Level 2 fitness instructor qualification and has worked at the gym since 2004. Rob is a keen runner and runs the The Fitness Bank running club, which meets most Sundays to train. Rob specialises in weight training programmes and circuits training.
AmyAmy
Amy has been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and as a qualified personal trainer since 2006. She holds Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 advanced gym instructor and Level 3 sports conditioning qualifications. Amy’s main sport is judo for which she has held a national championship and is an international medallist. Other areas of interest include kick boxing, weight training and running.
AlistairAlistair
Alistair has been practising tai chi since 2005, and has completed a 3-year tai chi instructor course with the Chinese Internal Arts Association. He is passionate about showing people the difference tai chi can make to their lives!
Kate HKate H
Kate has been practising yoga for many years. As a result of the benefits she felt from her own practice she decided to help others and became a yoga instructor a few years ago. She has a practical and friendly approach perfect for those who prefer to emphasise the body rather than the mind.
JoJo
A girl with a big punch! Jo teaches many styles for Urban Martial Arts but focuses on kick boxing for TFB. Her classes are always high energy punch fests. Jo is happy if you want to learn and progress your skills or you just want a work out.
GemmaGemma
Gemma has been a fitness instructor since 2009 and holds a Level 3 Gym instructors certificate. She specialises in Pilates for The Fitness Bank.
RachelRachel
Rachel has taught at the club for many years and her classes remain ever popular. She holds a Level 2 Exercise To Music certificate and specialises in Step and Kettlecise classes.
HollieHollie
Hollie is a fully qualified dance instructor and teaches dance courses and Zumba for us.
KrisKris
Kris has taught for the club for many years and holds qualifications in Gym instruction, ETM and Pilates. She specialises in Pilates for The Fitness Bank.
CharlotteCharlotte
Charlotte is a fully qualified dance instructor and teaches a great Zumba class for us.
