KarenOne half of the owning partnership, Karen manages the Club. She has been a personal trainer for 3 years and currently holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. She currently teaches Wednesday's low impact Double Decker.

VickyOne half of the owning partnership, Vicky manages the Club. She has been a fitness instructor for 9 years and currently holds a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification and OCR Pilates and Pilates and Pregnancy qualifications. Areas of interest include Aerobics, Conditioning, Circuits and all aspects of Pilates and Postural Correctness.
RobRob
Rob takes a keen interest in sports and fitness and has been a fitness instructor for 3 years. He currently holds a Level 2 gym instructors qualification and teaches a great circuit class for The Fitness Bank.

Amy has been a personal trainer for 2 years and holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. Areas of interest include weight training, running, kickboxing and judo.

Maggie brings Salsa to The Fitness Bank all the way from Columbia. As well as her infectious enthusiasm for all things Salsa, Maggie also has 17 years industry experience. In her spare time, Maggie loves to Dance and play Tennis.

Rachel has been a fitness instructor for 13 years. She currently holds qualifications in Exercise to Music, Step, Nutrition and Weight Management, Circuit Training and Weight Training. Her areas of interest include Aerobics, Step and Choreographed Weight Training (Pump It).
