Karen
KarenOne half of the owning partnership, Karen manages the Club. She has been a personal trainer for 3 years and currently holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. She currently teaches Wednesday's low impact Double Decker.
Vicky
VickyOne half of the owning partnership, Vicky manages the Club. She has been a fitness instructor for 9 years and currently holds a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification and OCR Pilates and Pilates and Pregnancy qualifications. Areas of interest include Aerobics, Conditioning, Circuits and all aspects of Pilates and Postural Correctness.
RobRob
Rob takes a keen interest in sports and fitness and has been a fitness instructor for 3 years. He currently holds a Level 2 gym instructors qualification and teaches a great circuit class for The Fitness Bank.
AmyAmy
Amy has been a personal trainer for 2 years and holds a Level 3 advanced gym instructors qualification. Areas of interest include weight training, running, kickboxing and judo.

Lisa is very experienced studio instructor returning to the industry with The Fitness Bank. She loves to laugh and dance and brings that enthusiasm to all her classes.

Rachel has been a fitness instructor for 13 years. She currently holds qualifications in Exercise to Music, Step, Nutrition and Weight Management, Circuit Training and Weight Training. Her areas of interest include Aerobics, Step and Choreographed Weight Training (Pump It).

Kate is a highly qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has many years' experience and specialises in Pilates for The Fitness Bank.
LaurieLaurie
Laurie has been a dance and fitness instructor for 6 years. She is a fully qualified Dance Instructor and has worked professionally on stage and screen all over the country and in various West End shows such as Oliver, Grease and James Bond. Laurie holds a National Diploma in Performing Arts and her areas of expertise for The Fitness Bank are Kids and Adult Street Dance.
