Why is it so popular? Obviously it's a proven and effective workout; it'll make you leaner and stronger. But it's an energetic all-rounder of a class, combining a number of exercise styles to keep things fresh and interesting week after week. By combining a number of techniques it also keeps your calorie burn high while toning all your major muscle groups. Throw into the mix a number of different pieces of equipment such as kettlebells and steps, and you've got a fantastic all-in-one package of cardio, weights and toning.
