Are you one of the many people in this country who suffers from back pain?

Pilates strengthens muscles from within, targeting "core" abdominal and postural muscles, giving you a stronger back, better posture, and reducing the risk of injury.

The principle behind Pilates is mastering the art of controlled movements, with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Over time Pilates will improve improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
