BODY CONDITIONING - Our quick guide to what it is, how it works, and what to expect during a class!

Body Conditioning targets all your major muscle groups in one class using a variety of equipment to increase intensity.

A Body Conditioning class will involve a combination of strengthening exercises, aerobic exercise and endurance activities to give you a whole body workout.

This is a great class to complement your existing aerobic routine.
