Hi everyone, how are you?

As of 31st Dec we're in a Tier 4 Covid restriction area, which means we once again have to close our doors and move our fitness provision exclusively online.

Please see our booking page for members' online workouts and watch our social media feeds (Facebook and Twitter) for all our ideas for New Year goal setting and healthly habit forming.

It may be tough be we can do this.
