The Bronze Level Food package includes:

- a healthy eating weight loss plan
- access to a personal food tally
This package allows you to access your online account for 6 weeks but does not include any further consultation with your trainer or progress monitoring by the trainer. It is designed for people who are happy to go it alone - they just want someone to devise a food plan for them.
