The Bronze Level Exercise package includes:
- initial consultation with a Personal Trainer
- a personal exercise program
- full exercise instructions
- access to a personal exercise planner
This package allows you to access your online account for 6 weeks but does not include any further consultation with your trainer or progress monitoring by the trainer. It is designed for people who are happy to go it alone - they just want someone to devise an exercise program for them.
