New classes for 2010

Why not kick start your New Year fitness regime with one of our new classes for 2010:

Mondays at 5.30pm - Yoga with Kate. Increase energy, strengthen, stretch and tone while you relax and unwind.

Wednesdays at 5.30pm - Double Decker with Karen. Get a great aerobic workout followed by some toning. 2 classes for the price of one!

Fridays at 6pm - Circuits with Rob. Get a workout with a difference in this equipment based session, focusing on speed and strength.
