Want a fresh approach to your Gym workout? Come along and try our new class onTuesday's at 6pm. Our Gym based circuit is a group exercise session with Amy, using a mix of cardio equipment, fixed and free weights.

Whether you want to be put through your paces or get some inspiration for your own workouts, why not give it a go?
