Yoga at The Fitness Bank

Yoga will be starting at The Fitness Bank on Monday 23rd February 2009 at 8pm. Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness, Yoga improves flexibility, muscle tone, aids weight loss, and leaves you feeling calm and energised. If you haven't tried Yoga before, why not come along and give it a go. With Shelley on:
