     10.30 -12.30
     12.00 – 14.00
     13.00 – 15.00
     19.00 – 21.00

One time slot just costs £12 per month.

Or select two time slots for £20 per month and build your perfect gym membership for a great price.

Discounts are available if you pay for your membership in advance. We offer 3, 6 and 12 month deals.

Note: FLEX memberships do not include free gym programs or studio classes. See our other membership packages if these are required.
