The Fitness Bank Terms
and Conditions

1. The Fitness Bank does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to property of club users.

2. The Fitness Bank does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles parked within the club's vicinity.

3. The Fitness Bank does not accept responsibility for any accident, incident or misadventure while in the club, or partaking in the services we provide.

4. All new members have the right to cancel their subscription within 7 days and have all monies refunded. Past this point annual fees are non-refundable upon cancellation of membership.

5. The Fitness Bank reserves the right to cancel membership and refuse admission to anyone found to fail to comply with the club rules.

6. The Fitness Bank reserves the right to refuse admission to those thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. Unaccompanied users of the gym will be issued with a membership card which is to be presented to reception staff upon arrival. The Fitness Bank reserves the right to refuse admission if a valid membership card is not presented.

8. Medical screening forms must be undertaken by all users of the gym, studio, sauna and sunbed.

9. Users of the club must observe all relevant safety notices and warnings.

10. All unaccompanied users of the gym must complete a satisfactory induction prior to using the equipment.

11. The club requires that all users ensure that their health and physical condition is such that the activities undertaken within the club do not place them at undue risk of injury or illness.

12. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the gym equipment unless supervised by a member of staff.

13. The Fitness Bank reserves the right to alter or amend the facilities without notice.

14. The Fitness bank reserves the right, upon one month’s notice, to discontinue the Club refunding any unused subscriptions.

15. The Fitness Bank reserves the right to charge in full for appointments and class attendance cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

16. Membership subscription will be fixed by The Fitness Bank and may be varied from time to time. Members shall be notified in good time of changes to subscriptions.
